Using the UltraPlayer Smart Alarm

I have set the UltraPlayer Alarm Clock, but it never opens at the correct time. What is wrong?
UltraPlayer must remain open for the Alarm Clock feature to work. If you close UltraPlayer, the Alarm will not go off, and your Alarm Clock settings will be reset when you reopen UltraPlayer. For best results, set the Alarm Clock and leave UltraPlayer open on your desktop. For more information on the Alarm Clock settings, click here.
