Known Issues

I am having problems playing video and MIDI files in UltraPlayer. What is wrong?
In order to play video files and other new formats supported in UltraPlayer 2.0, you must have Windows Media components installed. These components are installed when you install Windows Media Player 6.4 or greater. The new formats that require these components are:

• ASF, ASX, WMV, WAX, WVX, AIFF (Windows Media Video files and playlists)
• AVI (AVI Video Files)
• MPEG, MPG (MPEG Video files)
• MIDI, MID (MIDI Audio files)

If you are trying to play one of these formats in UltraPlayer and are having problems, make sure you have installed Windows Media Player 6.4 or greater. You can download Windows Media Player here.

Note: If you have Windows 95 or Windows NT, make sure to download Windows Media Player 6.4 and NOT Windows Media Player 7.0.
